HeatProbe GUI v1.0.6 -- BugList

1.  COM port conflict at start-up.   "Fixed" 7/12 by Rich Schramm.

2.  In the logfile, the "HeaterEnabled" parameter always reads "No" regardless of the setting.

3.  When logging at 2 sec intervals, the heater appears to come on at one interval too soon and
    stay on for one interval too many.  Need to check this against the cruise data.

4.  UserBug = if one opens the data file and then changes one of the parameters (lag time, etc.),
    the program runs fine but the display counts-down to the times used in the previous run.

    -> The user needs to select the run parameters first THEN open the data file.
