Those changes made a big difference.

Here’s the .jpg of the Von Mises Stresses.  Notice the maximum stress is still in the fillets and it’s 122,800. psi. 

The force is still in the same flat spot and I increased it to 8500 lb.

That gives you a Safety Factor of 2.2 over the expected load of 3850 lb.
