Endcap 28 ... completed routing, no DRCs

Endcap 29 ... placed anti-Cu obstacles in all mt holes on the global layer
              cannot do extruded cuts in solid model

Endcap 30 ... placed anti-cu obstacles in all mt holes in the footprint,
              none on global layer

              Success !  In solidworks, when extruding the board, un-check the
              "merge result" box.

              some of the holes automatically do the extrude cut.

              Others require selecting the feature sketch and an extrude cut feature
              in both directions.

Endcap 31 ... made 0.200 pads for MT_HOLE_8_TGT footprints to provide drill clearance,
              but Freedfm.com has problems with pads spaced too closely

Endcap 32 ... delete the 0.200 pads, and increase anti-Cu size from 0.177 to 0.250 for 
              drill clearance

Endcap 33 ... add 0.050 pilot drill MT_HOLE_8_TGT footprints 

Endcap 34 ... add annular ring to MT_HOLE_8_TGT footprints 
              passed freedfm, pulled the trigger

9 Mar 2010   Board out for fab, may be problems with J1 and MT7/3 proximity
             also MT1 and U2, C3, C4, D2, C11 prox

LESSONS LEARNED:

             Make a solid model as soon as a parts placement is done on future PCBs,
             check for fit/interference
