A new SatTerm software will be released in early 2006, which will support all NAL Research's Iridium modems. Any serial communications program, such as HyperTerminal, can also be used to communicate with the 9601-D. However, NAL Research Corporation recommends using the software on this CD since it was created to be user friendly. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTES: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - On some computers with older versions of DirectX some parts of the programs may not appear in the correct locations. If you see this happening then go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/ and download the latest version of DirectX. We recommend at least version 9.0.
