This is a continuiation of DA22 where the IOP (Wet and Dry) downlink commands are now directed to the Transmiter port on the LCU Card.

The following is from rev DA22

Addresses 2A and 2B are directed to the Transmitter port on the LCU card.
2C and 2D are directed to the first and second ports on the LCU mezzanine card.

Note this code has generic trigger out and Lockheed trigger in has been left in.

Both IOPW and IOPD commands are directed to the IOP port for Thor box compatibilitiy
