Testing a new revision of the Reson firmware
	- does FPGA based beamforming
	- produces 256 beams
	- has fixed timestamping problem for the multibeam records ]
	- does not have beam flagging usefully implemented.
	- not sure what receiver gains to use
	
We have set subbottom to ping every third multibeam ping (1 Hz instead
of 3 Hz) to reduce the noise background.
	
Using new mods to the waypoint depth behavior that should improve
how well the vehicle follows the prescribed depth track.
	
We will work just offshore around the upper Monterey Canyon.
We will deploy to the south of the Canyon and work north at
first.
