Connect comms tether
Connect hiCurrent tether to Insp Eng battery
Determine IP addresss of hiCurrent supply
Power up the power supplies
Open two Cygwin windows

telnet into the hiCurrent supply
  eg: telnet 134.89.32.201 10003
turn on power supply output
  outp:state on
set current to 1.5 Amps
  outp:curr 1.5 
  outp:curr? ( reads back 1.5 )
  outp:volt? ( reads back 32.5 )

--> Max current into any one pack 1.5 Amps

telnet into Insp Eng battery
  eg: telnet 134.89.32.121 10003
turn off the watchdog
  battery>WDOFF
check battery status
  @99RQ
set battery to charge
  @99AC
check if charging packs      
  @99RQ                      

in power supply window
  meas:curr? 
if OK, double the current
  outp:curr 3
check battery packs
  @99RQ
if OK, double the current
  outp:curr 6
repeat until charging at 45 Amps
