The LOCO folks will be profiling on Friday, so I did plan the AUV waypoints accordingly.

The waypoints (going from north to south toward CIMT site) are:
   36.9493 -121.9390
   36.9331 -121.9002
   36.9331 -121.9499
   36.9099 -121.9006
   36.8998 -121.9499
   36.8796 -121.9002
   36.8601 -121.9499
   36.8399 -121.9002

And the map shows the zig-zag pattern.  I estimate 6 hours of AUV time assuming 3 knots.

Let me know if this looks AOK by you.

Also Hans, I would like to see about using the ADCP water velocity profile data and having that processed as part of the standard processing.  Whaddyathink?
