attached is a "version 1.0" profile data file.  the format of this file 
WILL change but this is a pretty good first estimate.  This particular 
file was automatically generated during our recent Bahamas deployment 
(date/time on first line is file generation time, not data collection 
time).  The filename contains vehicle name and the date and time of the 
measurement.  This info is repeated in the file header on line #2 (see 
below).  The file is mostly self-describing.  Each sensor value has a 
placeholder for a 3-digit quality flag, as does the entire profile.

key to header line #2:  vehicle, date, time, lon, lat, water depth, max 
profile depth, profile quality flag, number of data columns

note this 27m profile which did not extend past the mixed layer, hence 
temperature and conductivity profiles are pretty boring.
