Ray's suggestion #1 worked for me.  I have the add-in installed and it seems to work.

Hi Drew-

the problem is the .reg file is for regedit version 5.0 or greater... your
machine must be running an older version... try double-clicking on the .reg
file (in Windows Explorer) and you should see the very same error message..

the good news is the DLL installed properly (half the battle) but the bit
that tells SW that the DLL exists did not... two options:
(1) you can open SW, go to File->Open and select the DLL from intall
directory (which should be a sub-directory called BlueFin underneath your SW
install directory)... this will automatcally install the final pieces in SW
and the application will be ready for use...
(2) or copy the attached file (a version of .reg for older regedit programs)
to any location on your hard drive, open Windows Explorer, and double-click
on the file... it should call regedit autmatically...

I recommend option 2, but you can try option 1 if the reg file doesn't work
either...
