For day missions on day 240, the tempreature frequency data were very noisy due to an electrical connection problem. Jim Bellingham devised a correction scheme, modified somewhat for each mission, that was applied to the raw data and saved in the matlab files dataCTD.mat. Therefore, the original dataCTD.m files (ascii) contain the original noisy data, and the matlab files contain the corrected data to be used for subsequent processing. The correction scripts are called jgb_fix.m in each of the mission directories. Note that the CTD data for mission 2000.240.15 was obliterated by a ctd test.
