Any reason not to model stator twist as a pure (vehicle) roll torque
that is proportional to speed?

Many of the drag terms in G&H, e.g. Yvabsv, are multiplied by a term
of the form sqrt(v*2 + w*2).  Why do these have w=0 in sim.c?

The Odyssey EOMs contain Yrabsr and Zqabsqs term which aren't in G&H.
What are they?

Why do (simulated) roll oscillations damp out when CM is placed below
geometric center, (origin of vehicle axes) and GB at the center?  It
doesn't when CM is at the origin , and CB is above.
