This firmware update should be installed using the Universal Program
Loader software. DC03 firmware can only be installed in the DG16 or DG14 family
of receivers.  The Universal Program Loader is available on the 
Thales Navigation FTP site (ftp://ftp.thalesnaivgation.com/pub/software).

Thales Navigation programs are designed to operate with industry standard
personal computers.  Use of computers which are not 100% compatible 
with these standards may cause abnormal program operation.

To load firmware with Universal Program Loader:

1.  Place firmware file, fld_fw.bin, in a directory on hard drive.
2.  Connect the receiver to the PC and power on.
3.  Start UPL.  Select to load 'Firmware of the receiver'.
4.  Using browse window select fld_fw.bin.
5.  Select COM port and click on LOAD.
