It is based on our NCP8-1 cell which has a nominal capacity of 8 Ah. The battery is assembled using 9 modules in parallel. Each module has 7 cells in series. Normally we would charge the battery to 4.1V per cell. To stay within your 36V maximum limit, the battery could be charged to 4.0V. The minimum discharge voltage is 3.0 V per cell or 27 V. It could easliy meet your maximum pulse power requirement of 300 W for 1 second. At 80% DOD under a 250W average load, the battery should be capable of delivering 1.4 kWh which is about half of what you want. The battey would weigh about 20 kg. We believe that all of your other requirements can be met and are looking at alternative cells/packaging approaches that will get us closer to your goal.
