Note that the after loading a new modem version, all the sregisters may
be reset to the factory defaults.  If using the datalogger make sure the
command to clear the buffer is used before writing any data to the
buffer.


Instructions for loading Modem code.

1. Run setup.exe to install the modem loader program

2. Connect the Modem to Com port of your PC.
NOTE:SHUT DOWN ANY OTHER APPLICATIONS THAT ARE USING THE SAME COMPORT.

3. Under programs select ModemLoader.

4. The version to be loaded should be shown in file to load.  If not then
   Select the file to be loaded under the file menu.

5. Make sure the Correct com port is selected, if not change it using the
   port command.

6. Select "Reprogram Modem Now".

7. If the load was sucessful, the message "Download completed sucessfully"
should be displayed.
