Thanks for that.

I've attached the two latest ICD's as they stand today but are shortly to be
superceded -- they are going though an extensive review process now. The
attachments are provided for informational purposes only and they DO NOT
APPLY TO THE VERSION OF 6046 YOU ARE USING. You should continue to use the
versions you have.

Nonetheless, vol 3, table C.4 should help with some of the definitions your
seeking.
