This release is for today's NMC code freeze. It includes a couple of changes to debug statements; otherwise it is identical to last night's snapshot. It still includes the
version of the humidity sensor driver that makes multiple ADC reads. 

Today, noted that the input to the sensor power regulator looks odd, and connected the analog and digital grounds (which should have been connected but weren't). This seemed to help the test board, and decreased the time it takes for the adc readings to stabilize on the deployment system. Still, we don't fully understand the problem.

Since this is the version frozen for the first deployment, use this version to build a system to match the deployment system.
This binary build was made 7/31 from the 7/30 frozen code
