This version used for debugging humidity sensor problem:
- OK when polled from msgTestbed, but real polling always returns 0
- Tried making msgTestBed emulate SA by sending several messages then
  waiting for all replies; on test board, this worked, though the first 
  few times it returns 0, then starts working.
- also tried making it read the adc several times after powered on for 100 ms.
  This seems to help; the a/d counts ramp up and stabilize after 10 readings 
  or so.
- probed the RHSensor on value with VOM; at least I didn't see it switching
  off for long periods; will have to use scope/logic analyzer to see if
  other bad things happening

This version has
- longer warm up time for SKHumidity sensor
- return values for timeout and retry failures for instrument sensor drivers
