This version has the new SKHumidity driver; the new driver has changed the sensor warmup time to 10s by default, and averages 10 ADC samples to determine the return value. This will not be used in the Aug 14 deployment and needs to be checked into CVS.
The main problem with the SKHumidity sensor readings was the disconnect between the analog and digital grounds on the SK. There is some noise on the RH sensor inputs and outputs, so we are averaging the adc readings.
