This version is derived from the deployment version (7/30 16:00).
The ONLY change is that the microKat driver power policy has been changed from
POWER_WHEN_SAMPLING to POWER_NEVER.

NOTE: This version has NO CHANGES made between that version and this...It is 
a work-around for a problem: The radios being used are drawing so much current
that the DPA channel over current sensor is tripping.
