This version is being checked into CVS to resolve some problems that make it un-buildable as it is in when checked out of the archive.

The files InboundMessageQ.java and OutboundMessageQ.java point to the wrong packages. The asimetHRH.java driver is not currently in the CVS repository, nor is the com package. All of these will be checked in and checked out again, and build against to make sure that they work. Otherwise, the build is identical to that checked in 2002/08/15.
