Enclosed please find the console sessions I captured while on the phone with Tom. There are two files:
 
Shelf....txt from "wet terminal" after I was able to get a login back on that,
 
and Shelf...2.txt from the Shelf CPU console as well as text from sshing in from node13.
 
Shelf...3.txt is just text from trying to sync and halt from node 13 (neither executed to completion). I finally did a push-button reset of Shelf, exited SIAM and it is currently on the network:
 
Shelf is currently on the building network IP address 134.89.28.232
