This table attempts to put our entire MBARI ocean observatory efforts into one document, linking together the following:

a) the high level MOOS requirements that were identified at the 1999 MOOS workshop

b) the technical approaches (projects) that were selected and are currently underway that were deemed necessary to meet each of these high level requirements

c) where we stand right now on each of these efforts

d) where each of these technical capabilities have been, or will be, tested in support of science experiments.
