Updates and Fixes

This version now uses the computer registry to store most of the 
necessary configuration settings. Previous versions created a 
configuration file in "C:\My Documents" which generates a fatal 
run-time error on Windows 2000 and XP.

The error message "Do not set a value less than 1" previously seen 
when configuring the EEPROM download settings should occur no more.

“Auto Config” now scans all eight COM ports, while the previous 
version only scanned the first four.
