As a predecessor to these activities, an annual report will have to be produced and submitted to NSF by June 22 (at the latest). Alan Chave will be responsible for writing the Year 2 annual report. Atul Nayak will be the coordinator for the NSF Site Visit. Mark Stoermer at UW will coordinate the UW and OSU presentation efforts (this includes any work that overlaps with MBARI). Carolyn Keen will manage the logistics for the meeting with support from Stephanie Sides (Calit2) as appropriate. I Material required for All Hands Meeting and NSF Review Meeting We previously requested abstracts for material to be presented (either as a formal presentation or a demo) at the site visit, along with a list of required resources. Responses have been limited, and we are once again asking for your input. These are now urgently needed so we can produce a draft meeting agenda. Please submit one page abstracts if you have not done so yet, preferably by tomorrow. Contact Atul or Mark if you have any questions regarding this abstract or technical requirements at the meeting. II Material required for the Annual Report For the annual report, we need the following material from each of you by June 15. 1. A narrative statement of what was accomplished in the past year with one or two graphics to support it. 2. A narrative statement of what will be accomplished in the next year. 3. A list of papers or presentations on LOOKING that you have been involved in over the past year. The written statements can be 2-3 pages long plus graphics.
