  btnav - Comparison of NAV and BT velocities

  This Matlab script is an interface to function btnav2(3m).

  4.  PARAMETERS

  The following parameters must be edited:

     year_base
        The base year used in input file.

     data_file
        The input data file.

     ps_file
        Name of output postscript file.

     plot_title
        Title for the plot.

     note
        A note to add on the plot.
