Convention for specifying time ranges

1. DESCRIPTION

This manual page describes how to specify time ranges within control files. The following syntax is required:

YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss to YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss

or with the keyword all to select all available ensembles, profiles or pings. The later is supported by almost all applications, however a few might not support it. More exactly, the keyword all defines the following time range:

1999/01/01 00:00:00 to 2070/01/01 00:00:00

Hence, there will be a moment where this has to be changed...
