	19:50-12:10 ->  100 Ohms
	20:10-20:30 ->   75 Ohms
	20:30-20:50 ->   50 Ohms
	20:50-21:10 ->   25 Ohms

      at 12:11, foul-up with the logger.  The PTO controller stopped responding so I had to stop logging and cycle power to that
	it came back up and I restarted to logger.  Data seems to now be continuing to appended to D000029... in R000003

Nov 9, 2011 1:45:  Waves gone.  SYstem power cycled (from on/off swith on buoy).  scale = .4 fudge = .5.  Data now accumulating in R00000

Nov 10, 2011  11:00 - Buoy under tow and charging battery.  Batteries reading 23.5 after diodes before charging

Nov 10, 2011  12:45 - Off tow and off charger.  Batteries reading  25.1V

Nov 10, 2011  1:00 - Load program started.

NOv 11, 2011  ~3:00 - Buoy Recovered.

Nov 11, 2011  16:50 - Logging application stopped.
