11/13  ~15:00 - Gain schedule and latching control tried.  Computed standard deviation reports zeros in each case, scale factor railed at minscalefactor of 0.5

The next series of scale factor changes is an attempt to monitor the difference the damping causes.  The seas are very calm now and it is hoped that the sea state doesn't change much during the couple of hours this test is run...

11/26 5:20 - Set Latched Control mode.  Minscalefactor = 0.6, maxscalefactor = .61.  latched duration = 5 seconds.  loiter duration = 5s.  resistance = 25 ohms
