"Hyd Motor No Spring Tests 2 5May12.CSV" and "2-5May11.CSV" - These files have results for a series of tests with the spring attached, but vented. The "pull" direction was under speed control and the return strokes were open loop. This file has speeds 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,1,ips, with loadings at 50,25,10,5,3.5 ohms at each. 2-5May11.CSV is the same data file without the headers. PostProc_1.m is used to process. F11-5 Motor. "Hyd Motor No Spring Tests 2b 5May11.CSV" and "2b-5May11.CSV" - These files are a continuation of the above tests and cover speeds 3,5,7 ips at the above loadings, plus all speeds at open circuit loading. PostProc_1.m is also used to process this. F11-5 Motor. "ShortCircut-NoSpring May 9.CSV" - This file is a continuation of the above tests and covers the short-circuit loading case. 1 ips produced 21Amps, so that was as fast as we ran. The test includes two slower speeds, .7ips and .4ips. F11-5 Motor. "ConstantSpeedWithSpring SecondTry.CSV" and "ConstantSpeedWithSpring SecondTry NoHeader.CSV" - This file has results for the case of the spring attached and charged at a nominal rate of 1650lbs/m. Speed is controlled in both directions and the system is loaded at inf,50,25,10,5,3.5 ohms. The return speed and loading is reduced at higher speeds since the spring force was insufficient to pull it back without a controller following error when loaded. This file is processed with PostProc_2.m F11-5 Motor. "SineMoveWithSpringSmallMotor NoHeader.CSV" - This file has results for the case of the spring attached and charged at a nominal rate of 1650lbs/m. A range of sinesoidal moves are made at varying amplitudes, frequencies, and loadings. F11-5 Motor. Process with PostProc_3.m "Large Motor Testing Continuous Moves NoHeader.CSV" - This file has results for the F11-10 motor with the spring un-charged. Prcoess with PostProc_4.m "Runs With Royal Purple Oil NoHeader.CSV" and "Runs With Shock Oil NoHeader.CSV" - These files have the results from tests on May 16th of a limited set of runs using two different oils, Royal Purple 15 and the Silylene shock oil. Each oil was run at 12, 24 and 36 ips with a loading of 10 Ohms and the F11-10 motor. Process with PostProc_5.m. Turns out there was a phase lead disconnected during these tests, so the voltages, currents, and efficiences were all off. Same tests are re-run on May 18th. "Runs with Royal Purple Oil - 2 NoHeader.CSV" and "Runs with Shock Oil - 2 NoHeader.CSV" - These files are re-runs of the tests on May 16th, with all generator leads connected. Process wtih PostProc_6.m "Small Motor - Shock Oil NoHeader.csv" and "Small Motor - Shock Oil Second Part NoHeader.csv" - These files have results from tests on May 23rd with the Shock oil and the small hydraulic motor (F11-5) and the spring attached but vented. The runs are done at 1,2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18 ips and loads of inf,50,25,10,5,3.5 Ohms. Process with PostProc_7.m "Shock Oil - Sinusoidal test 2 NoHeader.CSV" - This file has sine moves with the spring attached and charged, analogous to the sine move runs made with the royal purple oil but with the Shock Oil instead. Process with PostProc_8.m "Shock Oil - Hs1 SeaState NoHeader.CSV" - This file has simulated motions that would occur in a Pierson-Moskowitz sea state with 1m significant wave height.
