UMOMessageDispatcherFactory is a factory interface for managing the
lifecycles of a transport's message dispatchers. The methods basically implement
the KeyedPoolableObjectFactory lifecycle, with a
UMOImmutableEndpoint as the key and the dispatcher as pooled object.
