1. Introduction



The FEA analysis shows the current design meets criteria for pressure vessels
established by MBARI.
The MBARI factor of safety for stress = 1.5 Y.S. the results show approxiamtely 2.25.




2. Description



The pressure vessel is a titanium 6AL-4V material.
The pressure at desired operating depth of 4000m is approxiamtely 6000psi.
