No vessel except those with proper federal authorization
shall enter the area within 91.4 meters/100 yards of the shore of Mare Island,
from the Mare Island - Vallejo Fixed Bridge, around the southern
end of the island, thence to the northwestern limit of the Navy
Yard; nor shall vessels approach within 45.7 meters/ 50 yards of any part of
the berthing piers at the Navy Yard, including piers 34 and 35
at the south end of the island.
