§ 334.938   Federal Correctional Institution, Terminal Island, San Pedro Bay, California; restricted area

No person or vessel of any kind shall enter, navigate, anchor or moor
within the restricted area without first obtaining the permission of the Warden,
Federal Correctional Institution, Terminal Island.
The regulations in this section shall be enforced by the U.S. Coast Guard,
the Warden of the Federal Correctional Institution, Terminal Island, and such agencies and he/she may designate.

Coast Pilot 7. Additions or revisions to Chapter 2 are pub-
lished in the Notices to Mariners. Information concerning the 
regulations may be obtained at the Office of the Commander, 
11th Coast Guard District in Alameda, California, or at the 
Office of the District Engineer, Corps of Engineers in 
Los Angeles, California.
