COORD is a coordinate conversion program that converts to and from UTM, decimal degrees and degrees minutes and seconds. It can be used interactively with keyboard input and screen output or will accept input from a file and write to a file. Input format for UTM data is (A11,I2,I6,I7) identifier(eg. sample number), zone, easting, northing. Output has headings over input values followed by decimal degrees then degrees minutes and seconds. User is prompted for an "old" file name for input and a "new" file name for output. Input format for decimal degree data is (A11,F9.6,F10.6); identifier, latitude, longitude. Output takes the same form as above. Input format for degree-minute-second data is (A11,3I3,1X,3I3); identifier, latitude, longitude. Output as above. I think it works if you enter longitude west of 0 all the way around to 359 59 59. Check it out.
