Sorry it took so long, but several non-standard steps in the flow, namely (1) executing from the nanomia RAID on Beowulffish, and (2) renaming a directory of DPX frames, that caused me to revisit our flow and modify a few scripts, which is good because it uncovered important bugs in our workflow that impacts the EITS Data Handling project Here are the steps to process and collect the event-centered frames: 1) ssh -X ikerkez@beowulffish 2) export SCRATCH_DIR=/nanomia/RAID Step 2 is an additional step you haven't had to do on nanomia. This is because you are processing video stored in /nanomia/RAID and not the default directory /mnt/scratch for processing on beowulffish. This is okay because you'll be moving files around into the /nanomia/RAID/classifier/kb_images when you are done sorting, so /nanomia/RAID is "closer" to the final location you'll want to place the class images. I hope this doesn't confuse you. Let's talk more about classifier organization when the processing is done. 3) runclip -v -p benthic -X -j 62,8 V2627smoothridge When processing is done the event-centered images will be in /nanomia/RAID/ikerkez/V2627smoothridge/events When you run the sorting tool Andrew wrote for you, if you are running it on a Windows box you will find the events in: //nanomia/RAID/ikerkez/V2627smoothridge/events Let me know if you run into any problems. ====================================== Danelle E.
