Rover Fluorescence Notes P. McGill 26Jan23 * Good pulse of material at end of Pulse 71 * Fluorescence camera is Prosilica GC-1380, 1.4 Mpixel, 1360 x 1024 monochrome, 6.45 µm x 6.45 µm pixel size. Sensor is Sony ICX285AL CCD, 10.2 mm x 8.3 mm. + 10.2 mm / 1360 = 7.5 µm 8.3 mm / 1024 = 8.1 µm so either whole sensor isn't used or there's space between pixels. Reading of the datasheet shows that it's the former, so active sensor size is 6.45 µm x 1360 = 8.77 mm 6.45 µm x 1024 = 6.60 mm * Camera is 42 cm above the seafloor and tilted down 30 degrees. * Enteropneust with glowing gut at StaM_7206_RoverFluoro_200113_02_51_59.tiff * Strange creature starting at StaM_7206_RoverFluoro_200121_20_26_18.tiff * Pulse 66 is first deployment usable for this analysis. * Scotoplanes eating phytodetritus at StaM_6608_RoverFluoro_160725_20_22_01.tiff, StaM_6705_RoverFluoro_170520_12_35_42.tiff
