O713.* 
These files were a test of Sayles O2 cells in the cold room at 2degC
using O2LOG11.EXE.  The file was started 13 July 1995 and the output 
is in pA.  The first three entries are data and time, the next eight 
entries are the O2 cell outputs.  Channels 1,2,5,6,8 were removed after
this test as their current output was too high for the preamp.
