Latching Relay Notes:

* A vendor for the Tyco LR relays can't be found. In fact, even the Tyco Web site doesn't seem to acknowledge their existence. The data sheet is from 2003, so perhaps they've been discontinued.

* Digi-Key has the Panasonic TQ relays in stock for about $21. We want the TQ4-L2-5V (which is 4PDT, two 5V coils). We only need a 4PST relay, but those don't seem to exist.
