Functionality:
- Implements "MBARI Load Controller Command Set and Communications Protocol" version 3.2 
- Reports steady-state overcurrent condition but does not trip off load
- Does not perform checksums on 485 transactions
- Does not implement startup current threshold checking
- Does not implement sleep or "address ignore" jumpers
- Fault Current (FC) command returns only the voltage - not the current - on a given channel
- Pin 12 toggles with overcurrent checking on slave


Known Bugs:
- Load occasionaly powers on when slave is off due to floating pin. 

Timing Notes:
- Slave can require approx 275 ms to boot. Typical is 150 ms. 
- Any commands requiring current calculations  (e.g. "SO", "SS") require 3 ms for the slave to do the math.
