FUNCTION

The SCREEN SWITCH object enables you to place a screen switch button on the display as required. The object can be manipulated as follows:

• can be moved to the desired position and resized
• background and text colour can be changed
• font style, size, alignment can be changed
• can be emphasized with the bold attribute
• can be highlighted by enabling the 'outline' frame
• can switch screen locally or remotely

FUNCTION

The screen switch object allows the display layout to be changed under user control. If set to run in local mode, when the button is pressed the layout defined in the local layout property will be loaded. If set to run in remote mode (Send to Remote is active), when the button is pressed, the layout identifier defined in the remote layout property is sent to the defined remote node. Additionally, if a local layout is defined, it will be loaded on the local node.
