SYSTEM OPERATING IN 'RUN' MODE

DESCRIPTION

When in RUN mode, the display shows the selected screen layout which is refreshed at the defined update rate. The update rate is changed in the Options menu in Design mode.

When in RUN mode, a number of key control commands are available for configuration of on-line functions.

MENU OPTIONS

To access the RUN mode menu, move the cursor to the top of the screen. A menu bar will drop down to allow access to the available options.

Options include:

• Switch to Design mode - to modify or create screen layouts
• Switch to Offline mode - to configure or monitor the control system

You need appropriate authority in order to switch mode, which is confirmed using a password entry system. Please enter your user access password in the RED box and press the enter key to confirm. If your password is accepted, the available options will appear in the menu bar.
