FUNCTION

The COMPASS ROSE object enables you to place an animated gyro compass indicator on the display as required. The object can be manipulated as follows:

• can be moved to the desired position and resized
• background and text colour can be changed
• font style, size, alignment can be changed
• can be emphasized with the bold attribute
• can be highlighted by enabling the 'outline' frame

USAGE INFORMATION

This object must be linked to a control system data channel, for heading. The animation of the display is updated at the fast timer rate.

• Colour 1 - Object Background

• Colour 3 - Arrow
• Colour 4 - NSEW
• Colour 5 - Heading
