FUNCTION

The I/O KEY object enables you to place an Input/Output Channel control button on the display as required. The object can be manipulated as follows:

• can be moved to the desired position and resized
• background and text colour can be changed
• font style, size, alignment can be changed
• can be emphasized with the bold attribute
• can be highlighted by enabling the 'outline' frame
• key type image - image on button, select from list
• key type text - text on button
• key mode - one-shot - press on/ release off
• key mode - toggle - press on / press off
• key mode - timed up - on after x time interval
• key mode - timed down - on for x time interval
• guard key protection Off - operates under any condition
• guard key protection On - requires active guard key before operation

USAGE INFORMATION

This object must be linked to a control system digital output channel in the control system.

When the button is activated the linked data channel will be activated according to the mode setting of the object (see above)
