FUNCTION

The GAUGE (Semi-Circle) object enables you to place an animated instrument gauge on the display as required. The object can be manipulated as follows:

• can be moved to the desired position and resized
• background and text colour can be changed
• font style, size, alignment can be changed
• can be emphasized with the bold attribute
• can be highlighted by enabling the 'outline' frame

USAGE INFORMATION

This object must be linked to a control system data channel, for the value it represents. The animation of the display is updated at the fast timer rate.

The gauge can optionally show low/high alarm limits, if enabled.

By default, the scale of the gauge is linked to the selected data channel, the minimum and maximum values can be changed to suit user requirements if necessary.
