1.  Enter command mode by typing +++
2.  Change the buad rate of the modem to 115,200 buad by typing ATEW3=7 <enter>
3.  Change the baud rate of the terminal program to 115,200 (see users manual of terminal program)
4.  Type ATEU
5.  Press enter when prompted
6.  Press Y when prompted
7.  Upload the file using 1K-Xmodem
8.  The file will upload and you should see "Verifying Image... OK" which means the file was received correctly.
9.  The modem will reboot and should report the new formware version.

Note: to revert back to 9600 baud use the comamnd ATEW3=2 <enter>.
