Hi Ed,

I've processed and dumped the all the files back into your directory. Many of them are associated with the processing and unimportant, the end products are:
HDR - text header file.
ASC - down cast profile data in 1dbar bins.
BTL - upcast bottle data.

A note on some of the auxilary sensors, not all have valid calibration coefficents. The Oxygen & Transmissometer sensors do, but the Fluorometer & Par sensors *do not*. You can use the raw volts which are included, they follow the calculated  variables ("FlS" is fluorescence which is followed by "V0" which is raw fluorometer volts).

I briefly checked the data and it appears good, but let me know if you see anything strange.
