bedsdeploy18july2013.TXT is the capture file from the hyperterm session
during this deployment.  The first 200 lines are from talking to it via
acoustic modem while it was on deck, before deployment.  The data captured
reflect the data from overnight the previous night.

Lines 218 to the end of the file are from talking to it via acoustic
modem after it was deployed.
