After the P&R Dig gauge Failed just as I started the test, in fiddling around with system, I pressurized to a 
few hundred pounds and P&R started to work.  So….
Starting at 1600 hrs:  T.P. is just a rough number I stabilized at. I waited 60 sec then read the Dig. 
Gauge.  Mark plateau start + 60 sec.  for your point.
