The log file BEDS06.MODEM.17feb2016.LOG captures the clock anomaly that
occurred in BEDS06 on 17 Feb.  You can see that the lines "Turning on modem"
have time stamps that are out of order with the rest of the file.  Also,
we get "Exiting Watch Cycle" without "Running User I/F", though this
exit of the watch cycle can only be due to a user connect.  Very curious.
